**As of January 7, 2025, This project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Houston Housing Authority ("HHA") and it afflilates and subsidiaries, has issued this solicitation with the intent to establish a fixed price contract with a Property Management Company (PMC) to manage HHA's Low-Income Multifamily Public Housing Community at Willow Park and Pinnacle on Wilcrest, as identified in Exhibit A, in accordance with the requirements, terms and conditions specified within. The successful Offeror shall enter into a management agreement. The term of the management agreements to be awarded shall be for two (2) years with one (1), two (2) year renewal option. The renewal option is subject to Owner's approval. The management agreement includes a provision for termination for convenience by Offeror or Owner with a thirty (30) day written notice. The agreement will also outline situations where the successful Offeror can be terminated immediately "for cause." Depending upon the circumstance(s), HHA reserves the right to change, modify, or alter any Draft Contract associated with the solicitation.
