Reference Number 0000282310 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/12/03 12:00:00 AM EST Pricing Lump sum The scope of work for this project is to provide Professional Project Management services for the design, tendering, construction (provisional), commissioning (provisional), and warranty (provisional) phases of the Police Detachment Project. The following sections outline in general the scope of work and are not intended to provide every detail of the work to be performed by the Service Provider to achieve the objectives during this contract. The scope of work items listed in this document shall not be considered to be absolute descriptions of the scope of work. The actual work will be developed further throughout the project with the concurrence of the Project Team. The successful PPM consultant shall: Become completely familiar with the expectations and requirements of the First Nation and the funders. Provide all required contract administration for the First Nation to procure the services of a design consultant to work with Taykwa Tagamou Nation to develop detailed design and tender specifications. Participate in and lead the evaluation process for the construction tender and recommend award of the contract to the successful bidder. Engage geotechnical engineering firms to complete a soils study during the design phase and prior to construction. Identify any approvals/permits required from other agencies (including government). Work with the Project Team and the General Contractor to develop a project schedule, clearly defining milestones and stages as described below. Provide project scheduling, bi-weekly report briefs, monthly reports, budget tracking, risk. management and cost control services to the FN as outlined below. Provide construction oversight and inspections at monthly or proposed intervals during key construction stages or milestones. Visits to be proposed and outlined in the proposal. Maintain strict budget control and ensure that the study is, at all times, in compliance with the project budget. Submit all necessary reports, and budgeting documentation as outlined in the funding contract. Including if applicable all environmental documents, Environmental Project Description, etc. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
