Site work for a water / sewer project in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work covered by these Contract Documents comprises the removal of sludge (lime residuals) currently stored in Lagoon No. 3 at Hefner Water Treatment Plant. The Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: 1. Removal, dewatering, hauling and disposal of sludge (lime residuals) from the lagoon. 2. All other miscellaneous requirements necessary for the completion of the Work. Sludge Lagoon Improvements Question Deadline 12/09/2024 at 9:00 AM CT All potential bidders are responsible to read all Bidding Documents and submit questions in writing through online. The bidder will complete and submit the Special Questionnaire to Kamran.mokhtari@okc.gov The Engineer will review the Special Questionnaire and issue an Addendum no later than December 13, 2024, declaring which Bidder(s) are Prequalified to bid the project. For this project, a bidder will not be required to be Prequalified as listed by the Prequalification Review Board under the provisions of Ordinance No. 26,614 approved by City Council on December 8, 2020 Bidder must complete this Project in accordance with the Bidding Documents, Addenda, and Oklahoma City Standard Specifications for Construction of Public Improvements within Two Hundred Twenty-Five (225) calendar days of date as stated in the Work Order. The Maintenance Bond shall be in favor of the Awarding Public Agency and shall be for a period of Two (2) years in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount.
