TENDERS ARE INVITED to provide preventative maintenance for steam sterilizers located at the District's Stickney Water Reclamation Plant's Microbiology Laboratory, labor, and parts to the District from approximately January 2025 through December 31, 2027. The Contract is comprised of twelve (12) items. Bidders must submit bids for all twelve (12) items or the bid will be rejected as non-responsive. The District intends to award one (1) Contract to one (1) Bidder for all items. The Cost Estimate of this Contract is: $54,000.00. There is no bid deposit required. Funding of all contract items is subject to the Board of Commissioners approval of budget for those years. Event Site Walkthrough: Bidders will not be allowed to adjust or dismantle any components on the steam sterilizers or their attached systems. Maintenance record binders will be available to review during this time. Attendees are advised to wear appropriate attire for a laboratory environment, including closed toed shoes. Due to the limited space in the laboratory, attendees are advised there is a three (3) person limit, per appointment. Bidders are encouraged to give themselves enough time to clear security.
