Bid forms shall set forth firm bid unit prices for furnishing all necessary materials and completing all work, including but not limited to labor, transportation, supervision, electricity, water, equipment, startup, testing, training, and all other work needed for a complete and operational system, as described in the Technical Specifications and/or shown on the Contract Drawings attached herewith.
