Reference Number 0000368596 Purchase Type Term: 12/19/2024 12:00 AM EST - 12/18/2025 11:59 PM EST Option: two 12-month extension options available The Schenectady City School District requires the continuous availability of a Contractor to perform refrigeration repairs and maintenance on its equipment housed in each of 18 buildings. It is the intent of the School District to establish a Blanket Order agreement with a single contractor to perform this service throughout the year at competitive labor and material rates. Delivery Point District-Wide General Requirements - Certification/Training - Certified Payroll - Insurance Required - Local Service Required - Prevailing Wage Required Award Requirements - All or None Award Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 4500 $ *The Schenectady City School District reserves the right to waive any informality relative to this bid and to reject any or all bids. Any bid submitted shall be binding for forty-five (45) days subsequent to the date of the bid opening. This date may be extended upon the agreement of both parties - see attached specifications.
