Park Linac Replacement and Vault room renovation #1257 and associated Control area # 1256 at BC Cancer - Kelowna. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals is underway for the purpose of inviting proposals from qualified consultants to undertake the services for the project. The successful Proponent will act in the capacity of a Managing Consultant (Architect) for the Project, including engaging the services of all Sub-Consultants as required to provide complete consulting services for the Project, except that the Authority will engage a professional quantity surveyor consultant. Further update in early 2025, pending selection of a preferred proponent. *Only architectural firms that have been prequalified by the Authority for projects acute care above $5,000,000 are eligible to respond to this RFP. The Authority will not consider a Proposal from a firm that is not prequalified for acute care above $5,000,000 projects. Proponents proposing to use Sub-Consultants for the following disciplines should use firms that are included on the Authority's pre-qualified list of engineers (pre-qualified for any fee category): mechanical, electrical, electrical.
