Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Rathdrum, Idaho. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) services for the construction of a new City Hall building that will include all city services including the police department, parks and recreation, utility billing, community development, and administration, and public infrastructure (water, sewer, roads, including Radcliffe Rd. extension and Lancaster Rd. frontage). The property is a 30 acre property along Lancaster Rd., across from NIC. (parcel no. R00000068500). The chosen construction manager representative shall be subject to Idaho Code 54-4511 and shall be responsible for complying with all public notice and bidding laws for subcontractors. Additional Information The City has selected Architects West of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho for project/construction management services and for architectural and engineering services. Architects West have already completed approximately the initial 30% of the design portion of the project with both an exterior and interior layout of the city hall campus being approved by the City. The site plan for the entire 30 acres has also been approved by the City. It is the City's intention to have a 3-prong approach to construction management of this project with the City, Architect's West, and the CM/CG all contributing to the management of this project equally. Both Architect's West and the CM/CG shall be contracted directly with the City. All official notifications, addenda, and other Submittal Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Owner will not be responsible for Submittal Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. Instructions to Submitters For all further requirements regarding submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to that are included in the Submittal Documents. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Submittals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the Submittals received, and to accept the Submittal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City.
