UC San Diego and the offices of Capital Program Management requests qualifications for selecting As-Needed Executive Architects for Renovation, Tenant Improvement, Infrastructure, and Equipment Replacement projects located at Hillcrest and La Jolla Medical Campuses. Construction budgets are estimated to range between $640,000 and up to $10,000,000 starting at CCCI 9785. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The University is committed to promoting and increasing participation of small business enterprises (SBEs) and disabled veteran business enterprises (DVBEs), subject to any and all applicable obligations under state and federal law, and University policies. The selected consultant shall make best efforts to provide qualified SBEs and DVBEs with the maximum opportunity to participate.
