Reference Number 0000369153 Delivery Point: Douglas County, Colorado Purchase Type: Term: 01/01/2025 02:00 AM EST - 01/01/2026 01:59 AM EST Option: with four (4) one-year extension options The Department of Facilities, Fleet, and Emergency Support Services of Douglas County Government, hereinafter referred to as the County, respectfully requests qualifications and pricing from responsible and highly-qualified individuals/companies for the provision of on-call commercial plumbing services, as specified. The goal of the County, through this RFQ, will be to short-list several individuals/companies and give them the opportunity to provide pricing on specific projects that develop during the year. Selection to be included on the County's Short List does not guarantee selection to complete a project during the year. The short-listed individuals/companies shall provide licensed and insured plumbers to perform all supervision, labor, tools, travel, materials, equipment, delivery, resources, and workmanship as required for various types of commercial plumbing repairs, drain/sewer line maintenance, and lift station services. All individuals/companies shall provide the necessary means and methods (i.e., copper fittings, black pipe, PVC, augers, jetters, ladders/lifts, etc.) to accomplish all work, and shall make available to its personnel all standard tools of the trade and trade consumables, accessible from their personnel service vehicle(s) to ensure the successful completion of the work.
