As of December 13, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on December 17, 2024. For the contract and work as delineated in the Contract Documents for the: SAVAGE PUBLIC SCHOOLSIDING UPDATE 368 MESA STREET SAVAGE, MONTANA 59262 Bids shall be submitted as described on the form provided with the Contract Documents. Bids shall be accompanied by bid security meeting the requirements of the Owner in the amount of 10% of the total bid. Bid security will beheld until the execution of the contract by the successful bidder. The successful bidder will furnish an approved Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payments Bond each in the amount of 100% of the contract. The contractor agrees to give preference to the employment of bona fide Montana residents. The Owner requests that material, contracting, subcontracting and labor sources of the Richland/ Dawson County area be utilized to the greatest extent possible. Montana-made products are to be utilized where possible. The bidder shall comply with all fair labor practices and must meet applicable requirements of the Montana State Statutes, Labor Division Regulations, Federal Regulations, the Montana State Prevailing Wage Rates and the Contractor's Montana Gross Receipt Tax. Each bidder will be required to have a Montana Public Contractor's License. Subcontractors for work shall also be the holder of a Montana Public Contractor's License in the proper classification. Bidders are to obtain Prevailing Wage Rates at the date of this project. No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least 30 days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids except as noted in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, accept or reject any or all bids, base bid, unit prices, and/or alternates.
