City of Borger (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Borger WWTP New Screw Pumps The Project includes the following Work: Project consists of demolition of existing screw pumps and the installation of new 30-inch screw pump(s) and appurtenances. Bids are requested for the following Contract: 4347624 - Borger WWTP New Screw Pumps. Obtain documents (.PDF file extension format) from online after registering as a plan holder with Project Coordinator stipulated in Item 1 above. There is no cost or deposit required for this option. Bid Documents (paper) will be shipped pre-paid to the requester. Prospective Bidders are urged to register as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or online in either digital or paper format. Only Prospective Bidders who obtain Bid Documents through Parkhill will be registered as a document holder (plan holder) and will therefore automatically receive addenda if/when issued. Payment shall be Company check or cashier's check made payable to Parkhill, or by credit card. Credit card purchases will have a 3 percent convenience fee added to the total purchase price. No partial sets will be issued. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from online.
