Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in San Jose, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
As of January 7, 2024, project is awarded to Walker Construction Builders, Inc., with the amount of $2,336,784.95. Project including: Construction of new nonbearing partitions, structural support for moveable partitions and slab concrete infill, lighting and ceiling systems, power/data, finish materials and related structural electrical mechanical and plumbing. Project will be funded with Community Development Block Grant and subject to Federal Davis Bacon requirements. General Contractor shall comply with Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 (12U.S.C.17 IOU) which requires preference be given to hiring low and very lowincome residents of San Jose.
