Liquidated Damages: The Liquidated Damages for failure of the CONTRACTOR to complete the work within the Contract Time set forth in Subsection 1.3.4 and Section 6, Notice to Proceed are in the sum of five hundred dollars ($500) per consecutive day in excess of the contract time. *The AGENCY reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularity, and to take all bids under advisement for a period of thirty (30) days after the date the bids are publicly opened.
