The Agency is seeking bids from qualified contractors to undertake the following tasks, which encompass the construction of new traveling screens and associated equipment at the California Aqueduct turnout, a new pump building, a new groundwater recharge basin, and other improvements as specified in the contract documents. Furthermore, this scope of work requires coordination with Southern California Edison; and cooperation with the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) for any activities within the aqueduct area and the DWR right-of-way. The selected General Contractor is expected to effectively oversee and execute all construction activities for this project which includes but is not limited to; construction activities, ensuring proficient monitoring, control of project schedule, quality, and cost.
