The Work includes, but may not be limited to, completion of contractual obligations, bonding, and insurance requirements; mobilization; installation and removal of temporary facilities, materials storage areas and temporary power measures; protection of improvements to remain; protection of existing trees to remain; construction staking; clearing and grubbing; removal of irrigated turf; removal of existing trees and scrub vegetation; topsoil stripping, storage, and placement; erosion control measures and stormwater permit management; removal of asphalt, HC pavement marking, concrete curb and gutter, concrete walks, and concrete pavements; removal of chain link fencing; removal of existing curb inlet and 18" RCP storm sewer pipe; removal of asphalt in-line hockey rink; removal of a portable toilet enclosure; removing 2" water service line and 8" irrigation line after connecting the new service lines; grading / earthwork, importing and placing approved topsoil where shown on the Drawings, and finish grading for park improvements.
