Question Deadline 12/12/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to the Engineer. Bids will be on the basis of a lump sum as listed on the Bid Form, and may only be submitted using the e bidding system. The approximate quantities of major items of work are as follows: Addition of new concrete sludge drying bed with a 2,000-gallon capacity, that will discharge wastewater through a plug valve into Aeration Cell #1. Includes restoration of previous sludge receiving area and HDPE lagoon liner, piping, concrete, and all appurtenant work. Manholes, Catch Basins, Valves, Hydrants, Fittings, Restoration, and all appurtenant work. All Proposals shall be made in accordance with the Bidding Documents. A Proposal Guarantee payable to the Lakewood Wastewater Authority, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, must accompany the Proposal in accordance with the Information for Bidders. The right is reserved by the Lakewood Wastewater Authority to accept any Proposal, reject any or all Proposals, and to waive informalities in bidding when it is deemed to be in the interest of the Lakewood Wastewater Authority. Engineer's Estimate: $145,000.00 Question Deadline 12/12/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to the Engineer.
