Renovation of a municipal facility in Bay Harbor Islands, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project involves the complete replacement of an existing 30 Ton condensing unit with a new Trane unit (or similar). The scope includes removal and disposal of the existing unit, installation of new equipment with updated TXV valves (or similar), and full system commissioning. All work will be performed during regular business hours with minimal disruption to facility operations. The project ensures upgraded cooling capacity while maintaining compatibility with the existing air handling system.
