The City of Pompano Beach, Florida (COPB) is interested in receiving bids in response to the ITB25-007 for Senior Activities Center Parking Lot in Pompano Beach. Location- 2005 NW 9th St Pompano Beach, FL 33069 The required goal for this ITB is ten percent (10%) for Local Vendor participation. All questions regarding this ITBP are to be submitted using the Questions feature in the eBid System. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. Addendum/Addenda will be posted to this ITB in the eBid System, and the Proposer must obtain all addenda before submitting a response to this ITB. The Cone of Silence shall take effect once this solicitation is released to the General Public. Respondents to this solicitation or persons acting on their behalf may not contact, between the release of the solicitation and the end of the 72 hours following the agency posting the notice of intended award, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and state holidays, any employee or officer of the executive or legislative branch concerning any aspect of this solicitation, except in writing to the procurement officer or as provided in the solicitation documents. Violation of this provision may be grounds for rejecting a response." (F.S 287.057 (25), and General Conditions.
