Purpose and Description of Services 1. Contractor agrees to provide drainage structure debris and sediment removal and analysis on an on-call, as needed basis by issuance of a Service Request to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), as described herein: Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, travel, and incidentals necessary to perform on an on-call, as needed basis, drainage structure cleaning of state right-of-ways along State Highways. 2. Refer to the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A, which is attached to this IFB, for a more complete description of services. Questions regarding this IFB must be submitted by Bidders must submit their questions via e-mail to timothy.murphy@dot.ca.gov Question Deadline 11/26/2024 Caltrans reserves the right to reject all bids for reasonable cause.
