Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Sainte-Adele, Quebec. Working plans call for the construction of a 23,330-square-foot, three-story above grade fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
Construction of a new fire hall in Sainte-Adèle. The three-storey building will house a parking garage for special vehicles, premises for on-call staff, for rest and training of firefighters, administrative offices, service and equipment storage areas. TIMELINE: Working drawings are underway. Following the request for proposals ST-2320-MEC/20049168 the owner has awarded an additional professional consultant SCP Géotek for the completion of geo-technical studies for the project implementation and following invited tender ST-2320-MEC-FIBRE /20087281, a subcontractor for the connection of the fiber optic network to the new facility. According to the owner's scheduling a tender for the general contractor is not anticipated before spring 2026.
