Shed-Playground-Bathroom Repairs work to be performed in Veterans Park, Pendleton, SC. The Town reserves the right to refuse any or all bids. If selected, the contractor/vendor must show proof of applicable licenses, insurance policies, and submit a W-9 in addition to other requirements. Town Hall is open Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm. Repair "Farmers Hall"Section o Floor/Porch o Columns o Ramps o Various boards, second floor 2. Rebuild"Flower Shop" Section 3. Repair Two Benches o Replace Legs o Place Legs on Concrete Footer 4. Cover Five (5) Swing Rafters (with Roofing Metal) Scope of Part C - Bathrooms Repair (Two Stall Doors, Window & Refasten Wall Panels) 1. Repair Two Stall Doors (one per Men's and one per Women's bathroom) 2. Repair Window (one, Men's bathroom) 3.
