Reference number: 20031606 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-01-03 Expected contract duration without options (in months) 36 The Municipality of Lac-Beauport is requesting tenders for the collection and transportation of sludge from septic systems. The bidder awarded the contract must carry out the work in accordance with these specifications. The service contract will be spread over three (3) years, with two (2) optional years, beginning on May 1, 2025 and ending on April 30, 2030. The Municipality and the successful bidder may request that the contract be terminated at the end of the second year before April 30, 2027, without financial compensation. The bid must be accompanied by bid bonds representing ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid submitted, valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the bid closing date.
