This includes one (1) docking station; one (1) automatic transfer switch; parking lot improvements; staircase and platform generator appurtenances, existing gas utility modifications, concrete modifications and associated electrical and instrumentation upgrades. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, services and incidentals to complete all work which is reasonably and properly inferable and necessary for the proper completion of the work in a substantial manner and in compliance with the requirements stated or implied by these Specification and Drawings (posted as separate documents). The Contractor shall perform the work in place, maintaining continuous service, and shall include repairs, testing, permits, cleanup, replacements and restoration required as a result of any and all damages caused during this installation. The Contractor shall comply with all City, County, State, Federal, and other codes which are applicable to this Project.
