Police Department Generator Replacement The project involves the demolition and removal of the two (2) existing generators and transport and installation of two (2) new permanent diesel generators, including modifications to existing utility outlets, concrete and parking lot improvements, and associated electrical and instrumentation upgrades. Question Deadline 01/13/2025 at 5:00 PM ET All questions concerning this ITB shall be submitted in writing no later than the date and time referenced in the Timeline above to: Chip Kent, Purchasing Agent 1000 City Center Circle Port Orange, FL 32129 ckent@port-orange.org purchdiv@port-orange.org The location is the City of Port Orange Police Department, 4545 S. Clyde Morris Blvd., Port Orange, Fl 32129. The project involves the demolition and removal of the two (2) existing generators and transport and installation of two (2) new permanent diesel generators currently stored at the Water Production Plant. This includes one (1) docking station; one (1) automatic transfer switch; parking lot improvements; staircase and platform generator appurtenances, existing gas utility modifications, concrete modifications and associated electrical and instrumentation upgrades. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, services and incidentals to complete all work which is reasonably and properly inferable and necessary for the proper completion of the work in a substantial manner and in compliance with the requirements stated or implied by these Specification and Drawings (posted as separate documents). The Contractor shall perform the work in place, maintaining continuous service, and shall include repairs, testing, permits, cleanup, replacements and restoration required as a result of any and all damages caused during this installation. The Contractor shall comply with all City, County, State, Federal, and other codes which are applicable to this Project.
