Saving Project...

Site work, paving and new construction of a municipal facility in Ocala, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a 29,000-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Scorpio is inviting you to submit a Bid for the Marion County Animal Services located in Ocala, FL. The project consists of a new 29,000 SF Main Building with four separate, 4,750 SF Each, Kennels. The site development is 20 acres. This bid package includes all trades EXCEPT sitework, which was previoulsy bid in the Early Release Package. All Proposals are to include the complete cost of labor, materials, shipping, tac, equipment, and customary inclusions, to provide a complete scope of work for your trade. Proposals will be reviewed by Marion County and Scorpio. Sealed bids will be accepted until the date and time indicated below. Two (2) complete copies of your proposal must be submitted in a SINGLE envelope to Procurement Services. On the outside of the envelope, the name of the vendor, the title of the project, and the project number must be prominently marked. Your proposal and contract shall be with Scorpio. Any conflicts, ambiguities, errors, omissions, or inconsistencies with the invitation documents must be brought up to our attention immediately. Please contact the Construction Manager to be added to the bid list. Construction is anticipated to start December 2024 or January 2025. The value listed is that of the total project value.
