Glass Replacement and Repairs UNC Charlotte is seeking to establish a convenience contract with a qualified company that can provide glass repair and replacement services on an as-needed basis for both the main campus and the DuBois Center campus located in downtown Charlotte. The service provider shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment materials and transportation needed to fulfill the required services. Submit Written Questions Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at 12:00 PM ET, Provide Response to Questions Thursday, December 5, 2024 Enrollment is approximately 30,000 with 19 percent of the students pursuing graduate degrees. The University is expected to experience continued growth in the foreseeable future. The Contract shall have an initial term of three (3) years, beginning on the date of final Contract execution (the "Effective Date"). At the end of the Contract's initial term, the State shall have the option, in its sole discretion, to renew the Contract on the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) additional one-year terms. The State will give the Vendor written notice of its intent to exercise each option before the end of the Contract's then-current term. In addition to any optional renewal terms, and with the Vendor's concurrence, the State reserves the right to extend the Contract after the last active term.
