2-Boiler System Removal and Replacement for the Robert J. West Building located at 10575 William St., Taylor MI, 48180 The project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment for the removal and disposal of existing 2-Boiler Systems and installation of 2-New Boiler Systems. A. General: Remove existing 2-Boiler Systems and provide installed Boiler Systems B. Specific Labor and Materials: The labor and materials to provide on this project are as follows: 1. Remove existing 2-Boiler Systems and dispose of offsite. 2. Install 2-Raypak Boilers model # H9-1529 @ 1,530,000btuh, 4 stage burners. 3. Fan assisting venting internal to boilers. 4. New vent piping to chimney entrance 5. New Primary Boiler Pumps 6. New 8-stage Boiler Controllers 7. New Step-down Gas Regulators 8. Re-purpose existing outside combustion air wall louver assembly, expansion tanks, back flow prevention and pressure reducing valve 9. Correct parallel piping back to building loop to the preferred based on manufacturer guidelines 10.
