The contracts are being awarded to the same successful bidder. Tenderers must submit a price for the two (2) contracts in accordance with the instructions provided below for this purpose. Unless otherwise expressly stated in a section, the Instructions to Tenderers and the Additional Instructions apply to both (2) contracts. - 44540278 The work required under this invitation to tender must be fully completed within 32 weeks (including public holidays, construction holidays and the time required for the supply of materials/equipment) from the date stipulated in the contract or upon receipt of written authorisation from the Company.
