Description Paving service including highway paving and road paving and infrastructure building services and parking lot and surfacing services Roads and landscape material including asphalts and road and railroad construction materials and soil stabilizers and artificial turf and construction aggregates including rock, gravel, and sand Construction services including sewer maintenance and repair, roads and highways and excavation and backfill services, levee and dam construction and digging, ditching, road grading, rock stabilization, equipment rental or lease, and energy conservation These services will consist of scrub seal, micro surfacing, crack sealing, pavement messages and striping, manhole collars and other misc needs that may be change ordered into the project. Pleasant Grove City has a road plan to preserve the existing asphalt on many of their aging roads and to keep new roads good. Replacing some of the roads at this time is not an option due to budget and utility needs. This project was designed to extend the life of the older roads until the utilities can be replaced within these roads or the budget is available. This project will also be preserving the condition of many good roads as part of the city's road plan. The contractor will be able to perform this work on their schedule between April 15, 2025 and have a substantial Completion by August 31, 2025. Tree trimming will be performed by others prior to the project beginning.
