1. Bid will be awarded at the Board meeting held on Monday, January 6, 2025 1. The period of the contract will be from March 1, 2025 through November 30, 2025. 2. If agreed upon by both parties in January of each year, the contract may be extended annually for up to three (3) additional annual renewals. 3. Prices may be negotiated but may not exceed the 12-month percentage change of the Consumer Price Index, as published on the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
