Renovation of a water / sewer project in Lacey, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Project was awarded to Beckwith & Kuffel, Inc. (BK) in the amount of $36,336.05 Vendor Quotation Requirements Vendors must provide pricing for a vertical turbine pump, detailed specifications below. Freight Costs: Included in the bid price; the bid should be FOB Destination (freight prepaid and allowed). Washington State Sales Tax: To be added to the billing invoice. Documentation: Vendors must complete all specified forms (11 pages) and return them with their quote. 3. Purchase Order Terms Additional Orders: The contract allows future purchase orders under the same terms within one year of the award. Vendor Communication: All communication should be directed only to Jeremy Finnegan; outside contact may result in disqualification. Validity of Quotation: Quotation must remain valid for a minimum of 60 days from the submission deadline. 4. Vendor Information Requirements Vendor Contact Details: Address, email, phone, Federal TIN/SSN, Washington UBI, Statewide Vendor Number. Certifications: Minority/Women-Owned or Veteran-Owned Business certification numbers, if applicable. 5. Specifications for Vertical Turbine Pump (Please request official specification spreadsheet or reference WEBS post PF240575JF) Purpose: Replacement of the pump in Well 3 at Kendall Creek Hatchery to ensure water supply for fish rearing. Function: The pump must deliver 2,500 gallons per minute (GPM) at 88 feet of Total Dynamic Head (TDH). Environmental Compliance: WDFW requests PCB-free packaging (i.e., packaging without color or dyes). 6. Compliance and Certifications Executive Order 18-03: WDFW encourages vendors to support workers' rights by not requiring mandatory individual arbitration agreements. A 3% bid preference is provided for vendors that certify they do not require such agreements. 7. Additional Terms and Federal Requirements BABAA Compliance: If applicable, the pump must be manufactured in the U.S. per the Build America Buy America Act requirements. Small or Veteran-Owned Preference: Preference given to small or veteran-owned businesses unless they do not meet responsiveness or responsibility criteria. WDFW will process payment upon acceptance of delivery and receipt of a valid invoice. 9. Price Sheet Vertical Turbine Pump: Vendors to specify unit price and total cost.
