Demolition and Lead Abatement of Boot Room Mezzanine - Rebid Description of Services Provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, incidentals, permits, fees and taxes necessary to demolish lead painted mezzanine and other miscellaneous work. Location of Services: The location of services shall be performed at Nimbus Fish Hatchery, 2001 Nimbus Road, Gold River, CA 95670, Sacramento County Contract Term Date: Upon CDFW approval until June 30, 2025 Time of Completion: Construction shall be completed within TWENTY (20) WORKING DAYS following the official "Notice of Start Date" from the State to the Contractor to commence construction. Additional contract time will be allowed for delay caused by shortage of materials, provided the Contractor advises Engineer IN WRITING within 15 days from the beginning of such delay and provided the Contractor has made diligent effort to get supplies from known sources. Estimated Cost: $ 30,000.00 No oral interpretations shall be made to any bidder as to the meaning of any of the contract or be effective to modify any part of the provisions of contract. Every request for any interpretation shall be made in writing and addressed and forwarded to the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, Land and Facilities Engineering Branch, 1010 Riverside Parkway, West Sacramento, CA 95605 he DVBE Incentive, (Senate Bill 115, Chaptered October 2005, Regulations adopted October 2007) provides bidding firms with the opportunity to receive incentive calculations which may then place the bidding firm in line for the contract award when they elect to partner with California certified DVBE businesses. The bidding firm may receive a five (5) percent incentive. The rules and regulations of this law are contained in Title 2, California Code of Regulations, Subchapter 10.6. A copy of the regulations is available upon request. the State reserves a royalty-free, nonexclusive and irrevocable license to reproduce, publish, and use such work, or any part thereof, and to authorize others to do so.
