The work will make it possible to separate the distribution system into two sub-systems and supply the distribution pipes independently. To be valid, a bid must be accompanied by a deposit or security equal to 10% of the total bid including taxes. For any questions or requests for clarification in connection with the Tender, the BIDDER is authorized to communicate only with the Representative of Record. The BIDDER is strictly prohibited from communicating with a Person other than the Case Representative. A question or request for clarification from a BIDDER shall be forwarded in writing to the Record Representative, in specifying the number and title of the Tender, at least ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-EIGHT (168) hours prior to the date and time for receipt of Submissions.
