Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kansas City, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Housing Authority of Kansas City, Missouri (HAKC) is seeking bids from qualified contractors for Dunbar Catwalk Replacement at 3392 Colorado Avenue. The work is to be completed within 120 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The contractor shall be assessed Liquidated Damages of $200.00 for each workday in excess of this allotted time for completion. Questions relating to the bid content or procedures for submission must be submitted in writing via email no later than 1:00 pm, February 27, 2025. A bid submission of $50,000.00 or higher must be accompanied by a negotiable bid\guarantee (Bid Bond) of 5% of the amount of the bid. Payment Bond with good and sufficient sureties in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total cost of the contract. Performance Bond with good and sufficient sureties in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total cost of the contract.
