Question Acceptance Deadline - 2024/12/13 05:00:00 PM EST Comprehensive design and development services for the creation of the Global South Asia and Sikh Art and Culture Galleries from initial concept through to opening day as defined in the Agreement for the Provision of Gallery Design Services for the Global South Asia and Sikh Art and Culture Galleries. Project description: 3 levels of ROM Michael Lee Chin Crystal. Global South Asia Gallery: 9,400 sq ft (inclusive of 2,500 sq ft of "new gallery space". This is an additional gallery space gained through the OpenROM Project). Global Sikh Art and Culture Gallery - 2,300 sq ft. Total South Asia Suite: 11,700 sq ft. Phase 1 Concept Design: March 2025-December 2025. Phase 2 Design Development: January 2026-December 2026. Phase 3 Final Design and Documentation Phase: January 2027-June 2027. Phase 4 Production and Construction: June 2027-July 2028. Gallery Public Opening: July 2028. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Global Asian Suite of Galleries Fabrication Budget excluding the Sikh Gallery - 7.2 million. Sikh Gallery Fabrication Budget - 1.8 million.
