Mill existing asphalt to specified depth. Power blow and sweep area. Apply emulsion to ensure proper bonding. - Install hot mix asphalt, compacted to specific depth. - Machine roll for smooth finish/ apply sand to prevent tears. - Clean jobsite - Provide MOT - Provide MOB
