This project involves all work necessary to clean and inspect sanitary sewers including but not limited to light and heavy cleaning; root cutting; removal of protruding service taps; and NASSCO compliant televising, as well as traffic control; access; notifications; and restoration. All technical questions regarding the project should be submitted to Travis K. Stanczyk, P.E. by email at travis.stanczyk@gibsonthomas.com. Proposals to receive consideration must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidders Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of Collier Township in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal as a guarantee that, if the Proposal is accepted, the successful Bidder will enter into an Agreement within fifteen (15) days after Notice of the Award of the Contract. A Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Value will be required upon execution of the Contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in bids received.
