**As of January 29,2025, project was awarded to PCD, awarded amount is $$83,836.95 .** This specification outlines the installation of a complete audiovisual (AV) system, including equipment provision, installation, and configuration for a professional meeting space. The system will integrate with existing infrastructure, accommodate owner-furnished equipment (OFE), and provide high-quality audio and visual solutions for presentations, conferencing, and meeting operations. Please be advised the County will not accept substitutions for any referenced manufacturer, brand, or model of items listed herein.
