Q&A Deadline December 6, 2024 9:00 AM (CST) The lift station renovation/ upsizing plan will serve as a template for the most efficient usage and layout of the area develop a plan for long-term improvement, maintenance, and usage of this site. Generally, the plan shall include an analysis of the existing site, conditions, development recommendations, phasing/priority recommendations and cost analysis. Potential components to address in the Lift Station Renovation/Upsizing Plan include: o Ensuring the wet well is upsized to an accurate size to withstand the amount of flow to the site. o Ensure pump sizing is accurate to maintain longevity of the pumps and motors. o Submit a plan of installing a bypass set up for the bypasses the City of Grand Prairie has already purchased. o Coordinate with PRIME controls for the Scada system. SCOPE OF SERVICES The Professional/Firm shall perform certain services necessary for renovation and upsize of Cove Meadow Lift Station, which services shall include the following: o Review of site analysis, opportunities, and constraints o Identification of site factors such as wastewater flow, topography, easements, and encroachments o Identification and location of facilities o Conceptual plans and presentation renderings o Identification of needed earthwork CC o Recommended priorities and phasing of improvements
