Camp Verde Heritage Pool Improvements Project Question Deadline 12/11/2024 at 5:00 PM MT All Questions Regarding the Project Specifications, Bidding Process, or General Information Shall Be in Writing, Submitted Through online. No Other Questions Will Be Addressed. the Scope of Work for This Project Includes Furnishing All Labor, Materials, Equipment, Fixtures, and Services Required for the Installation of Pool Improvements to the Existing Heritage Pool Facility Located in Camp Verde, Arizona. The Project Consists of the Removal and Replacement of Pool Filtration Equipment and Chemical Automation Equipment, Refurbishing of the Pool Interior, and Refurbishing of the Existing Decking Surrounding the Pool and Related Work as Required. Bid Alternates Include Adding an Electrical Subpanel in the Filtration Building, and Reconstructing an Enlarged Backwash Pit With Underground Piping to an Existing Retention Basin Approximately 100' Away, in Accordance With the Plans, Specifications and Agreement Documents. It is the Intention of the Town of Camp Verde to Enter Into a Contract for the Proposed Construction. Bidders Shall Be Responsible for All Licenses, Permits, Insurance, Taxes and Bonds Required by the Town and the State of Arizona That Apply to the Performance of This Contract. The Town of Camp Verde Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, to Waive Formalities, and to Accept the Bid Deemed to Be in the Best Interest of the Town.
