Renovation of a hospitality development in Atlanta, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a hospitality development.

Deadline for submission of written questions and requests for clarification- 10:00 AM 11/8/24 The Hotel is a 976 key convention hotel that is connected to the existing Georgia World Congress Center (the "GWCC") and has been operating for 10 months. This Hotel is further strengthening the GWCC and Atlanta's position as a national premier destination for sports, entertainment, and convention markets. The project's front door and vehicular entrance is from Northside Drive, with an equally prominent pedestrian entrance off of Andrew Young International Boulevard. The Hotel is connected to the existing GWCC Building C to the North and the existing GWCC B-C Connector to the East. The project has excellent visibility to both the new Mercedes Benz Stadium and Home Depot Back Yard to the South and is a beacon on the GWCC campus with visibility for miles around metro-Atlanta. In addition to the 976 guestrooms and associated pool, fitness, and clubroom amenities, the project includes approximately 75,000 square feet of new meeting space organized into three zones: a social ballroom, a grand ballroom, and a conference center. These conference spaces can be used independently from or in conjunction with the existing GWCC convention space. The program also includes a three-meal restaurant, signature restaurant, multiple bars, and several outdoor spaces to support the hotel and surrounding campus activities. With its prominent connection to the Mercedes Benz Stadium and close proximity to newly renovated State Farm arena, the Hotel amenities serve not only hotel guests but also visitors to the broader sports and entertainment campus on which the GWCC Hotel si The Geo. Smith II Georgia World Congress Center Authority as owner of the Signia by Hilton Atlanta at GWCC is pleased to issue this Request for Proposal for a Distributed Antenna System for the Signia by Hilton Hotel, located at 159 Northside Drive NW Atlanta, Georgia 30313. In issuing this RFP, it is the intent of the Authority that one finalist firm whose proposal is determined through the evaluation process described herein to be especially desirable will be selected to enter into discussions with the Authority for the services described herein. However, all proposals received that are fully responsive to this RFP may be eligible for further consideration at the Authority's discretion. Initial term of no more than nine (9) years. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all statements, submittals and/or proposals, and to waive technicalities, irregularities, and informalities. The Authority reserves the right to cancel, stay or otherwise cease to prosecute this procurement at any time without selecting a respondent to provide the described services, without any liability to any respondents or any other person or entity. The Authority is under no obligation to make an award relating to this RFP to any respondent. Any agreement to be executed for the services contemplated by this procurement must conform to the terms and conditions of all other agreements to which the Authority is a party and to all other antecedent or otherwise paramount legal duties of the Authority. Director of Supply Chain Management provides answers/clarifications/addenda- 11/12/24 Questions about any aspect of the RFP, or the project, shall be submitted prior to the appropriate deadlines indicated in the Schedule of Events, and shall be submitted in writing to: Erle Coleman Director of Supply Chain Management Georgia World Congress Center Authority E-mail: ecoleman@gwcc.com Scope of Services The scope of services being solicited within this RFP includes the full turnkey installation of a Distributed Antenna System (DAS) as outlined below: o GWCCA is seeking a contractor to provide design, construction, installation, implementation, operation, maintenance and service for a state-of-the art centralized neutral host distributed antenna system ("DAS") that is capable of providing enhanced commercial cellular wireless mobile services and radio coverage throughout the Hotel facility including but not limited to the gold parking garage, loading docks, all public and non-public facing areas of the hotel, all outdoor space in and around the hotel, and the entire guestroom tower to serve the Hotel staff, guests, tenants, licensees, exhibitors, attendees, contractors, and any member of the public authorized to use the proposed facilities. o Contractor shall provide all DAS equipment and supporting infrastructure, including monitoring and management components, mechanical and structural hardware, and all construction elements (labor, materials, equipment, goods and services necessary) to support the neutral host DAS, which will provide robust and enhanced cellular mobile service throughout the Signia by Hilton Hotel as noted above.
