Site work and renovation of a civil project in San Marcos, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Scope of Project: Includes but is not limited to reversing flow by reconstructing a portion of the gravity main (approx. 350 LF) on Davis Lane and installing a gravity main crossing across Davis Lane; constructing a lift station capable of 1,000 GPM flow; and constructing 10 and 6 HDPE force main (approx. 50 LF) and tie into existing 10 and 6 force main. Bidders must submit a cashiers check, certified check, or acceptable bidders bond with their bid in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid submitted.
