No definite date for the rebid.** The City of Lonoke, Arkansas is soliciting proposals for a contractor to provide demolition and removal of residential buildings. This service shall include: (a) Demolition and removal of main structure. (b) Demolition and removal of any accessory structures, footings and concrete slabs. (c) Remove all building material, rubbish or refuse from the project site; no material or debris may be buried on site. The City seeks to have the demolition of the residential building(s) to be completed within (45) Forty-Five Days from signing of contract.
