The City of Phoenix ("City") invites offers from qualified vendors to provide window treatment services and materials as requested for a five-year term commencing on or about February 1, 2025, following the specifications and provisions contained herein. This is a citywide contract; various City departments will utilize it at multiple locations in the Phoenix metropolitan area.
