The Adams County Housing Authority, Clayton, Illinois will receive sealed bids as defined in the Construction Documents for Unit Renovation at 414 West Edwards Street, Payson (IL 46-3); Architechnics, Inc. Base Bid "A" - Unit Renovation at 414 West Edwards Street, Payson (IL 46-3) A certified check or bank draft, payable to the Adams County Housing Authority, Clayton, Illinois, U.S. Government bonds, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in any amount equal to (5%) five per cent of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance, Labor, Material and Payment Bond or Bonds.
