The Raleigh County Commission (Rcc) Will Accept Written Sealed Proposals From Qualified and Experienced Internet Service Providers (Isp) Interested in a Partnership With the Rcc for Deployment of High-speed Broadband Throughout the Raleigh County Memorial Airport Industrial Park. All Proposals Must Be Enclosed in a Sealed Envelope and Clearly Marked "raleigh County Memorial Airport Industrial Park Broadband Expansion Project" on the Outside of the Envelope. Any Proposal Received After the Deadline Stated Herein Will Not Be Considered. The Project Will Serve Interested Businesses Located at the Industrial Park at a Minimum Broadband Service Level of 25:3 Mbps, With Preferred Consideration Being Given to Higher Speed Packages. The Isp Will Operate and Maintain the Network Along With Providing the High-speed Internet Service. All Isps Interested in Responding to This Rfp Must Submit a Letter of Intent to the Rcc on or Before December 5, 2024, at 4:00 P.m. (Local Time). The Letter of Intent Must Be Submitted by E-mail to Kim Odle: Kimodle@regiononepdc.org. On or After December 6, 2024, the Rcc Will Provide to Each Isp That Has Submitted a Letter of Intent the Rfp Documents and Specifications. The Rcc Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Proposals, to Cancel This Rfp, to Withdraw and Republish This Rfp, and to Waive Technicalities in Any Part Thereof Deemed to Be in the Best Interest of the Rcc.
