Specifications: Establish a Statewide Price Agreement for automotive glass service (windshields, curved glass, flat glass, installation kits) for all qualified user agencies and local public bodies throughout the state of New Mexico. The term of this Price Agreement shall be for one (1) year from date of award with the option to extend for a period of three (3) additional years, on a year-to-year basis, by mutual agreement of all patties and approval of the New Mexico State Purchasing Agent at the same price, terms and conditions.
