Purchase and installation of new electrical meters from given building list. Scope of Services 1. Demolition of existing as required on drawings 2. Includes supply and Install 1" emt conduit to each meter location from basement IT existing switch as shown on drawing. 3. Supply new digital meters as per specificaitons. 4. Includes for supply and Install 1" PVC conduit c/w cat6 data connection to exterior of building for existing IT switch for meter monitoring as noted on drawings 5. Includes for supply and Install 1" emt and cat 6 cabling from new meter to first floor existing IT switch as indicated on drawings. 6. Includes for supply and install New media fibre converter. 7. Includes Supply and install new multimode fibre cable as noted on drawing. 8. Includes Overtime hours for power shutdown to re/re meter connection. All other work quoted at regular hours. 9. Includes Allowance for civil scope for out door meter location. 10. Includes allowance for Articulating lift for working on wooden pole, scissor lift rental fees 11. Includes Allowance for Security / Commissioners fees. 12. Any patch and repair. 13. Any scan and coring for this location. 14. Data conduit work and cabling inside of building. Conduit routing to be confirmed on site as per drawing notes. 15. Any utility fees if required. 16. Any engineering costs if required.
