Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in McLaughlin, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of January 24, 2025, the awarded contractor is Sharpe Enterprises, Inc. of Ft. Pierre with the awarded amount of $1,675,663.80. The Project includes the following Work: The replacement of the existing Water System to include: Installation of new 6" PVC Watermain Piping, Valves, Fire Hydrants, Curb Stops, Water Service Piping, Asphalt Street Repair, Concrete Sidewalk and Driveway Repair, Concrete Curb and Gutter, and Gravel Surfacing Repair along with other miscellaneous work. The goals for DBE/MBE participation are 1% and WBE participation are 4%. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, EJCDC(R) C-111, Advertisement for Bids for Construction Contracts. Question Deadline 11/28/2024-Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
