Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Inola, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a 14,400-square-foot educational facility.
Plans call for the construction of an indoor baseball practice facility (shell building only). Direct all bids/inquiries to the construction manager. Project Description: This project is to relocate the existing bus barn structure and accessory building to another location on the school's campus as shown on the overall site plan. The project consists of the demolition of metal wall and roof panels, liner panels, insulation, overhead doors, wood and hollow metal doors and frames, electrical conduit and fixtures, plumbing fixtures and HVAC system and ductwork. Existing steel main frames, wind girts, purlins, bracing, electrical switch gear and electrical panel are to be removed from the existing location and relocated to the new designated site as configured on the plans. Existing slabs to be left in place. New office, electrical room, restroom storage room and mezzanine storage area to be constructed in new Bus Barn facility which will be constructed with the relocated steel material from the existing buildings and is to receive new metal wall and roof panels, liner panels, insulation, overhead doors, hollow metal doors and frames, hollow metal windows, electrical, plumbing and fixtures, HVAC system and ductwork Addendum #1 has been issued as of 12-9-2024.
